ABOUT THE ROLE:

The GTM Strategy Associate will lead the sales planning cycle, monthly analysis, and reporting for our entire GTM team. You'll be hands-on in all sales initiatives including analyzing GTM performance and leading key projects that provide market insights to drive sales targets and win plans.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support the sales team in creating sales presentations and projects.

  • Assist with Sales modeling and data analysis to support the commercial teams.

  • Help monitor and analyze sales pipeline data and performance against targets.

  • Collaborate with various internal teams to gather data and insights for ad-hoc Sales analysis.

  • Assist in tracking and reporting on sales and marketing spend and its return on investment (ROI).

  • Act as project manager on high-impact projects.

  • Work closely with VP of Sales to develop GTM strategies & new initiatives

What You’ll Need:

  • 3-4 years of experience in a Sales, business Development, or analytical role.

  • Strong proficiency in Google Slides, Powerpoint, Salesforce.

  • Familiarity with Sales modeling, data analysis, and reporting.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with different teams.

  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong attention to detail.

  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain Management or a related field is preferred.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience in logistics, supply chain, or Ecommerce, is a huge plus.

  • Previous experience working with sales, marketing, revenue teams.
