This role sits at the intersection of engineering, data, and go-to-market strategy within a fast-scaling AI infrastructure environment. You will be the first dedicated GTM Engineer for a next-generation AI platform, responsible for building the systems that connect product usage, marketing signals, and revenue outcomes into a unified operational engine. Your work will directly shape how acquisition, activation, and pipeline generation are measured, optimized, and automated. You will partner closely with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Engineering to design a data-driven GTM foundation that enables smarter decision-making and faster growth. The role requires both technical depth and strong business intuition, with a focus on turning fragmented data into actionable insights and scalable workflows. This is a high-impact position where your systems will define how the organization understands and accelerates its growth.
You will be responsible for designing and scaling the end-to-end GTM data and automation infrastructure that powers funnel visibility, revenue intelligence, and operational efficiency. You will translate complex data ecosystems into actionable systems that guide marketing and sales execution.
This role requires strong technical fluency in data, systems design, and GTM operations, combined with the ability to work cross-functionally in fast-moving, high-growth environments. You should be comfortable building from scratch and shaping foundational GTM infrastructure.
