Accountabilities

In this role, you will:

• Drive user growth, engagement, and conversion across social media platforms such as Twitter, Discord, and Telegram.
• Monitor industry trends, community sentiment, and platform usage to inform marketing strategies.
• Produce high-quality, performance-driven social media content tailored to various audiences.
• Recruit, coordinate, and manage relationships with KOLs and influencers to maximize engagement.
• Plan, execute, and oversee Web3 marketing campaigns, including rewards-based and co-marketing initiatives with partners.
• Foster a positive and active community environment, moderating discussions and resolving disputes efficiently.
• Provide responsive customer support, addressing community queries and issues effectively.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, business, sales, and executive teams to ensure alignment on campaigns and user engagement initiatives.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

• 3+ years of growth marketing experience in a Web3 or blockchain-focused company, preferably in a startup environment.
• Hands-on experience designing persuasive, conversion-focused marketing campaigns across digital channels including web, email, social media, and video.
• Proven ability to scale user growth on platforms such as Twitter, Discord, and Telegram.
• Strong knowledge of performance marketing, SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other digital marketing tools.
• Excellent project management, communication, and collaboration skills, with experience working across global teams in different time zones.
• Ability to address user inquiries and conflicts tactfully and resolve issues within 24 hours.
• Strong analytical skills, creativity, and the ability to adapt strategies based on data insights.
