Vendelux is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to help scale our marketing-led pipeline engine, with a focus on ABM & Content. In this role, you will help execute and scale a high-performing marketing engine that drives high-quality pipeline across ABM, content, and field marketing channels help operate and optimize a high-performing acquisition engine that drives predictable, high-quality pipeline across digital, ABM, and field amplification channels.
This is a hands-on, builder role. You will work closely with the Head of Marketing to execute demand strategy while owning key programs and experimentation across ABM, content, and campaign execution acquisition channels. You will also collaborate with and help guide a growth marketer on campaign execution and operational support.
The ideal candidate has successfully operated integrated demand programs in a fast-growing B2B SaaS or AI-native technology company, ideally at the Series A, B or C stage. You’re comfortable building repeatable systems that drive growth. You are both analytical and creative, and excited to work in an environment where speed, experimentation, and ownership matter.
This position will be 3-4 days onsite, based in our NYC headquarters.
Execute and support Vendelux’s demand generation programs across ABM, content, email, and event-driven campaigns.Execute and optimize Vendelux’s global demand generation programs across paid media, email, content, SEO, ABM, and digital campaigns to drive awareness, lead generation, and measurable pipeline growth
Partner with the Head of Marketing to support campaign planning and execution, including building and launching programs aligned to pipeline goalsPartner with the Head of Marketing to operationalize the marketing funnel, including performance targets, campaign strategy, and pipeline forecasting
Improve conversion rates across the marketing funnel through testing, experimentation, and performance optimization
Build and execute ABM programs that deliver personalized engagement for priority accountsBuild and scale ABM programs that deliver highly personalized engagement for priority accounts
Leverage AI and modern tooling to personalize campaigns at scale and increase team leverage
Build and operate AI-assisted workflows across content creation, SEO/GEO/AEO experimentation, prospect research, and rapid campaign iteration
Design and optimize content frameworks aligned to the buyer journey, including ads, landing pages, nurture streams, and thought leadership assets
Implement attribution models and reporting frameworks to measure performance, identify pipeline drivers, and optimize ROI
Collaborate closely with Sales and SDR teams to improve lead quality, targeting, and pipeline conversion
5+ years of B2B SaaS demand generation or growth marketing experience with a demonstrated track record of driving pipeline and revenue
Experience operating in high-growth Series B/C technology companies
Experience with HubSpot (or similar CRM/automation tools) and executing campaigns across email, content, and LinkedInStrong hands-on experience with HubSpot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, and modern marketing analytics tools
Proficiency using AI tools to accelerate campaign development, experimentation, and content creation
Experience supporting or executing ABM programs and personalized campaigns for target accounts
Strong content instincts, with experience creating or iterating on campaign messaging, emails, and landing pages
Analytical mindset with strong understanding of funnel metrics, attribution models, and campaign performance optimization
Builder mentality with the ability to operate in fast-moving, high-ownership environments
Comfortable operating with ambiguity and turning ideas into executed programs
Experience designing segmentation strategies and personalization frameworks for target accounts
Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and performance dashboards
