This role requires a blend of technical expertise, UX/UI knowledge, and data-driven decision-making to optimize our digital experiences, improve search performance, and drive conversions across our you!<div><h3>How You'll Make An Impact</h3><ul><li>SEO & Digital Optimization <ul><li>Own and execute SEO strategy (technical SEO, on-page optimizations, structured data, page speed improvements). </li><li>Conduct site audits and provide recommendations to enhance organic search rankings and user engagement. </li><li>Implement A/B testing and UX improvements to optimize metadata optimization, and internal linking strategies. </li></ul></li><li>Data-Driven Growth & Reporting <ul><li>Build dashboards and reports to track SEO performance, website engagement, and data-aria-level="1">Other ad hoc responsibilities / projects as the need arises </li></ul><h3>The Expertise Required</h3><ul><li>Experienced in SEO & digital growth – You have 5+ years of experience in SEO, technical marketing, and digital user experience. </li><li>Technically proficient – You’re comfortable using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript </li><li>Data-driven & analytical – You have experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, PowerBI, Hotjar, or similar tools. </li><li>User-focused – You understand UX/UI principles and how to design intuitive, high-converting digital experiences. </li><li>A problem solver – You excel at diagnosing website issues, optimizing performance, and improving conversion pathways. </li><li>Collaborative – You can work across teams, bridging the gap between marketing, developers, and content creators. </li><li>Detail-oriented & strategic – You see the big picture but also execute with precision. </li></ul><h3 class="text-body text-muted">Certifications/Licenses, Education, and Experience:</h3><ul><li>Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a similar field </li></ul><h3>How We Work Together</h3><ul><li>Location: Remote within the United States. This role requires 100% of work to be performed in a remote office environment.</li><li>Travel: This is a remote position with less than 10% travel requirements.
