The Growth Marketing Manager will play a central role in driving demand generation, pipeline growth, and revenue expansion across Strategic, Enterprise, and Mid-Market accounts. This hands-on role requires building end-to-end campaigns and growth systems, leveraging data to optimize outreach, nurture, and conversion strategies. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Partnerships, Product, and Data teams to turn behavioral and engagement signals into actionable workflows. With responsibility for ABM, lifecycle marketing, CRO, and inbound/outbound programs, this position offers the chance to directly impact business outcomes while scaling marketing operations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves testing and iterating, and is passionate about using data to drive measurable growth. This is a fully remote role with the opportunity to influence company-wide growth initiatives.


Accountabilities:
  • Build and manage outbound programs targeting ideal customer profiles across Strategic, Enterprise, and Mid-Market accounts.
  • Lead ABM strategy, including account selection, segmentation, personalized journeys, and coordinated plays with Sales.
  • Translate engagement signals (site activity, content consumption, partner signals) into automated routing, workflows, and follow-ups.
  • Own lifecycle and nurture campaigns across early interest, evaluation, rollout, and expansion stages.
  • Drive conversion rate optimization (CRO) experiments across key touchpoints and campaigns.
  • Manage inbound demand capture via SEO, paid search, social, retargeting, and partner-driven campaigns.
  • Implement full-funnel reporting to identify friction points, optimize processes, and surface pipeline opportunities.
  • Continuously test new channels, iterate on campaigns, and scale successful initiatives to maximize pipeline impact.

Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in growth marketing or related roles.
  • Proven track record building and running outbound, inbound, ABM, lifecycle, and CRO programs end-to-end.
  • Proficiency with marketing and growth tools such as Clay, Apollo, HubSpot, Customer.io, Webflow, or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of segmentation, lead scoring, automation, and funnel analytics.
  • Experience supporting ADR/SDR workflows and partnering closely with Sales teams.
  • High ownership, execution-oriented, and able to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills to align cross-functional teams and share results.
  • Bonus: experience in logistics, commerce infrastructure, or API-first platforms.
