Reporting directly to the VP of Revenue and partnering with Sales, you’ll have the freedom to test bold ideas, own the results, and build the growth engine for a product that associations genuinely optimize multichannel campaigns (paid search/social, email, webinars, SEO, partner co‑marketing, in-person events) that fill the top and middle of the funnel.</span></li><li style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>Build and iterate on our growth playbook,</strong><span style="font-weight: 400;"> setting up HubSpot workflows, lead‑scoring rules, and lifecycle nurtures that convert MQLs to SQLs—and surface insights for Sales.</span></li><li style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>Guide content strategy</strong><span style="font-weight: 400;"> by partnering with our Content Marketing Coordinator to ensure campaign assets (landing pages, ads, nurture emails) resonate with association pain points and spotlight Rhythm’s superpowers.</span></li><li style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>Run constant experiments.</strong><span style="font-weight: 400;"> You’ll set hypotheses, test channels/offers, and double down on what moves the needle—no “set it and forget it” here.</span></li><li style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>Drive retention and expansion</strong><span style="font-weight: 400;">—team up with Customer Success to craft lifecycle and upsell campaigns that turn happy customers product (bonus points if you know the association/non‑profit space).</span></li><li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Can point to pipeline and revenue wins—not just impressions or clicks.</span></li><li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Are fluent in HubSpot (or a similar MAP/CRM) and comfortable building dashboards in GA4.</span></li><li voice of the customer.</span></li><li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Finish product training so you can confidently articulate Rhythm’s value across the funnel.</span></li><li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Kick off recurring 1:1s with your manager, align on your 30‑60‑90‑day goals, and review key dashboards/metrics.</span></li><li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Audit existing funnels and campaigns, then present your top “quick‑win” experiments by Day
