Why Join Us:

We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Lead to build and own Rad AI’s demand generation engine. This is a high-impact role for a strategic doer. We are seeking someone who can develop the roadmap, execute campaigns and scale what works.

You’ll be responsible for designing, launching and optimizing integrated campaigns that drive qualified pipeline and accelerate revenue. You’ll own HubSpot operations, manage reporting and analytics and ensure marketing investments deliver measurable results. You’ll partner closely with Sales, RevOps, Marketing Communications and Product Marketing to align efforts and keep the funnel healthy end-to-end.

This is not a “manage and delegate” role. You will be hands-on in execution while building toward future scale.

What You'll Do:

  • Own Growth Strategy & Execution: Build and run Rad AI’s full-funnel growth plan, including campaign strategy, budget allocation and ongoing optimization.

  • Run Multi-Channel Campaigns: Launch and manage programs across paid social, search, retargeting, ABM, email and partner channels to generate high-quality leads.

  • HubSpot & Attribution Leadership: Own HubSpot configuration, workflows, lead scoring and reporting. Build dashboards that tie marketing efforts directly to pipeline and revenue.

  • Experiment & Optimize: Continuously test messaging, creative, channels and tactics to maximize ROI and conversion rates.

  • Align with Sales & RevOps: Ensure seamless lead management, SLA adherence, and clear visibility into funnel performance.

  • Report & Communicate Impact: Provide actionable insights and transparent reporting to the executive team on what’s driving growth and what’s not.

  • Build Toward Scale: Establish the systems, processes and benchmarks that will enable Rad AI to expand its marketing engine in 2026 and beyond.

Who We're Looking For:

  • 8+ years in growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing roles, with proven success driving pipeline in B2B SaaS.

  • Experience in healthcare, AI, or complex enterprise sales cycles.

  • Expertise in ABM (Account-Based Marketing) for enterprise accounts.

  • Hands-on HubSpot expertise: campaign creation, workflows, lead scoring, attribution, reporting.

  • Strong track record running multi-channel campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, ABM platforms) and optimizing for CAC, CPL, and pipeline impact.

  • Fluency in modern BI tools such as GA4.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Product Marketing, and RevOps to deliver results.

  • High bias for action, accountability and execution.

  • You thrive in a fast-paced, build-from-scratch environment.
