This is a high-impact, hands-on growth role focused on building and scaling demand generation from the ground up in a fast-moving cybersecurity environment. You will own the full-funnel marketing engine, turning campaigns into measurable pipeline and ensuring the company shows up meaningfully in front of technical security buyers. Working in a lean, execution-driven team, you will move fluidly across strategy and execution—launching campaigns, optimizing paid media, building nurture programs, and supporting events and content initiatives. Your success will be measured not by activity, but by pipeline creation, conversion efficiency, and revenue influence. You’ll collaborate closely with product marketing, sales development, and leadership to shape messaging that resonates with security practitioners. This is a role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, builds systems from scratch, and enjoys being both strategist and builder in equal measure.


Accountabilities:
  • Own and execute end-to-end demand generation programs across paid, organic, email, ABM, and partner channels, driving qualified pipeline across enterprise and public sector audiences.
  • Design and optimize integrated campaigns that move prospects through the funnel, aligning messaging with buyer stages, personas, and technical relevance for security practitioners.
  • Build and manage nurture programs that are segmented, behavior-driven, and tied to real pipeline progression rather than broad distribution lists.
  • Own the marketing technology stack (HubSpot), CRM integration, and attribution reporting, ensuring data accuracy and actionable visibility into performance.
  • Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks focused on pipeline impact, cost efficiency, and conversion metrics across channels and campaigns.
  • Manage and optimize paid media programs including LinkedIn, Google, and sponsorships with a strong focus on ROI and experimentation.
  • Act as a flexible contributor across content, copywriting, events, and partner marketing, supporting wherever execution is needed to accelerate growth.

Requirements:

This role requires 5+ years of B2B growth or demand generation experience, ideally within cybersecurity, enterprise software, or technical infrastructure environments. You should have a proven track record of building campaigns that generate real, measurable pipeline—not just top-of-funnel activity. Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot, along with Salesforce or similar CRM systems, is essential. You bring strong expertise in paid media execution (LinkedIn, Google Ads), ABM strategies, and full-funnel campaign design. You are an exceptional communicator and copywriter, capable of translating complex technical concepts into clear, compelling messaging that resonates with practitioners. A strong analytical mindset, comfort with experimentation, and ability to operate in ambiguity are critical. Experience across both enterprise and public sector (Federal/SLED) markets is a strong advantage.
