Vouched is a fast-growing technology company focused on building tools that empower users and businesses to leverage AI. Our latest product offering, knowthat.ai, is a marketplace and community for AI agents—helping users discover, deploy, and interact with AI solutions. We’re seeking a creative, data-driven Growth Lead to accelerate both the supply (AI agents listed) and demand (consumer usage) sides of our platform.

  • Serve fast-growing startups, unicorns, and large enterprises, with a focus on providing fast, easy integration for developers 
  • Run on a modern cloud infrastructure powered by automated integration and unit testing, provisioning, deployments, monitoring, and notifications 
  • Launched the industry’s first Know Your Agent solution to enable AI Agents to safely interact with businesses on behalf of their customers

As a Growth Lead at Vouched, you will be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing strategies that drive rapid user and agent acquisition, engagement, and retention for knowthat.ai. You’ll work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and engineering teams to identify growth opportunities, run experiments, and scale successful tactics. Your mission: maximize the number of AI agents listed and boost consumer adoption of knowthat.ai.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement creative strategies to grow both the AI agent inventory and user base of knowthat.ai
  • Identify and prioritize growth opportunities through data analysis, user research, and market insights
  • Design, launch, and optimize experiments (A/B tests, viral loops, referral programs, etc.) to drive platform adoption and engagement
  • Collaborate with marketing to craft compelling campaigns across digital channels (SEO, SEM, content, social, email, partnerships)
  • Work with product and engineering to optimize onboarding, user flows, and conversion funnels for both agent creators and end users
  • Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of growth initiatives, report on KPIs, and iterate based on results
  • Stay up-to-date with growth hacking trends, tools, and best practices to keep knowthat.ai ahead of the curve
  • Build and nurture a community of AI agent creators and users through events, content, and engagement programs

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in growth, digital marketing, or product roles—ideally in a startup or marketplace environment
  • Proven track record of driving user and/or supply-side growth for digital platforms
  • Strong analytical skills; comfortable with data analysis, A/B testing, and performance metrics
  • Experience with SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and marketing automation tools
  • Technical proficiency: ability to collaborate with developers, use web analytics, and implement low-code/no-code solutions
  • Creative, entrepreneurial mindset; thrives in fast-paced, experiment-driven environments
  • Excellent communication and project management skills; able to work cross-functionally and independently
  • Up to speed on the latest developments and evolution in AI
  • Bonus: Familiarity developer ecosystems and/or two-sided marketplaces
