NewForm is a tech-enabled performance marketing firm that oversees ~$100M/yr in spend for tech and mobile brands. We help category disruptors — Betr, ElevenLabs, Binance, and others — scale paid social with a short-form, content-led approach. We combine an in-house content team creating thousands of human ads a month with an AI creative intelligence platform to drive results/

THE ROLE

As a Growth Intern at NewForm, you'll sit at the intersection of media and content — the two engines behind every campaign we run. You'll work alongside our Creative Strategists, Producers, and Media Buyers to help develop the short-form content that drives results, and to understand the performance data that tells us what's actually working.

You'll get exposure to the full growth lifecycle: from trend research and concepting, to production support, to pulling reports and reading into the numbers behind every creative decision. If you're a creative person who wants to understand the business side of content or an analytical person who wants to understand the craft behind the ads - this is the role for you.

ANALYTICS & MEDIA RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Pull and synthesize performance data across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube to surface what's working, what isn't, and why

  • Translate performance insights into clear, actionable takeaways for strategists, creatives, and clients

  • Help develop and refine the internal systems we use to measure creative at scale.

CREATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support Creative Strategists in turning data insights into short-form ad concepts, scripts, and briefs

  • Research platform trends, competitor creative, and top-performing formats to inform strategy

  • Assist on production days when needed - coordinating logistics and keeping shoots on track.

REQUIREMENTS

  • A genuine eye for creative - you consume a lot of content and have strong opinions about what works

  • Comfortable with numbers and able to spot patterns in performance data

  • Clear, concise writer who can communicate a creative idea or a data insight quickly

  • Curious about why content performs, not just whether it looks good

  • Organized and able to manage multiple projects at once

  • (Preferred) Experience creating content for social - personal, freelance, or otherwise
