We're looking to bring on our first growth engineer.
In this role, you'll design and ship experiments to drive user acquisition, activation, and retention, working closely with product & design to build data-informed features that move our key metrics while working with our visual language and brand identity.
Requirements
Obsessed with creative tools - is proficient in at least three creative tools or has built one before
Extensive experience in quick iteration and A/B testing fo growth strategies and features.
Familiar with Posthog or similar quantitative user tracking tools.
Comfortable with all parts of the stack — you have no trouble context-switching from editing CSS to tuning database queries.
Solid experience with React, JavaScript/Typescript, HTML, CSS and modern front-end build systems (Webpack, ES6, etc).
Ideally familiar with production JavaScript / Node backends.
