Linq is building the messaging infrastructure for the AI era. Our growth team is responsible for finding, converting, and retaining the businesses and developers who power their products on Linq. We're looking for a Growth Assistant who's eager to learn every part of that machine.
The Role
You'll work directly with the Head of Product on campaigns, experiments, and operational work that moves the needle. This is a great role for someone early in their career who wants to learn growth from the ground up at a fast-moving Series A startup.
What You'll Do
Support campaign execution across paid, email, and content channels
Research target accounts, competitors, and market opportunities
Help coordinate content production: blog posts, case studies, landing pages
Track and report on key growth metrics weekly
Assist with marketing operations like our presence at hackathons and hosting customer dinners
Take on stretch projects as you build trust and prove your impact
You Might Be a Fit If You
Have 0-2 years of experience in marketing, growth, or a related field
Are highly organized, detail-oriented, and can manage multiple workstreams
Have strong written communication skills
Are curious about how businesses grow and not afraid to get into the data
Want to grow fast and take on more responsibility over time
Bonus
Familiarity with Notion, Asana, or similar tools
Prior experience at a startup
A desire to move quickly
