This role serves as the central representative of all Centers of Excellence (CoEs) within our OneMarketplace team, facilitating communication with internally (media planning, analytics, and other departments) and clients. RESPONSIBILITIES <ul><li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Investment Strategy<ul><li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Bring investment expertise in strategic and tactical planning uniting across all channels </li><li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Create overall strategic investment roadmap, innovation, and around-the-corner must-haves and watchouts.</li><li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Lead budget investment - tactical recommendations and evolutions</li><li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Stay up to date on the industry and evolving media landscape across channels</li><li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Define the right investment strategy by choosing the right platforms and buying methods (i.e. social platforms, direct v. pmp, utilizing enterprise partner deals, bringing in Crossmedia solutions, addressable audiences) in conjunction with Centers of Excellence and planning/audience teams</li></ul></li><li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Central Investment Representation<ul><li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Be the central lead representing total investment – collaborating with account, strategy, analytics, audience, etc. practices upstream</li><li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Lead cross-channel investment POVs on the marketplace</li><li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Lead client and marketplace communications, representing all centers of excellence</li></ul></li><li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Investment Activation<ul><li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Manage agenda, timeline, and delivery of all client media activation; ensure priorities are clear and staff is working to their total capacity & efficiency.</li><li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Manage workflow, communication, and day-to-day account buying accountability and activity</li><li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Lead RFPs including ideation, issuance, assessment, and negotiations</li><li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Steward buys such as buying platform input, maintenance, budget tracking</li><li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Manage reporting & reconciliation: Insight Amplification, Accuracy, QA, actualization, and forecasting</li></ul></li><li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Partnerships:<ul><li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Develop long and short-term strategic partnership plans—includes maintaining working relationships with partners,</li><li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Managing joint business plan negotiations, etc. (across Google, Social partners, etc.)</li><li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Manage and negotiate partnership commitments, added value, etc., across direct, PMPs, etc.</li><li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Be a key point of deal decision-making, including escalation:  the investment director will have the authority to evaluate any proposed deal of significance.</li></ul></li><li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Team Leadership<ul><li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Develop clear cross-channel priorities and ensure teams work together effectively to achieve them.</li><li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Architect and oversee efficient and effective business processes, including presentations and partnering with multiple teams, e.g., Ad Ops, Operations, and Analytics</li></ul></li></ul> REQUIREMENTS:<ul><li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">12+ years of media experience, with an emphasis on investment.</li><li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">A strong media foundation across all channels.</li><li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Significant experience in client-facing roles, including serving as the primary point of contact for high-profile clients</li><li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively</li><li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Strong leadership and empathy/mentoring skills to inspire and develop team members, ensuring high performance and professional growth</li><li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;
