Key ResponsibilitiesÂ
Collaborate with business units to ensure timely and accurate preparation and review of financial deliverables for quarter/year-end closeÂ
Identify opportunities to enhance reporting practices and lead the implementation of standardized reporting aligned with best in class requirements.Â
Assist with internal and external audits, as well as the preparation and submission of annual statutory filings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirementsÂ
Ensure all revenues, operational expenses, capital expenses and reserves are recorded accurately in adherence with GAAP/IFRS and best in class policies.Â
Providing comprehensive review and support for accounting analysis related to significant transactions, including business combinations, acquisitions, and revenue recognition, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and accurate financial reportingÂ
Support reorganizations, including the restructuring of business units, by assessing and implementing necessary changes to processes, controls, and daily operations to ensure a smooth transitionÂ
Design and lead training programs aimed at enhancing financial acumen throughout the groupÂ
Conduct regular reviews of account reconciliations and evaluate the control environment to ensure alignment with risk management objectives and strengthen internal controlsÂ
Assist in managing multiple financial integration projects for newly acquired business units, ensuring seamless alignment with organizational financial systems and processesÂ
Prepare and analyze financial reports for internal and external stakeholders with a focus on variance analysis, key operating ratios to identify issues, opportunities, and emerging trends for business partnersÂ
Manage and optimize accounting information systems to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial reportingÂ
Deliver critical insights to leadership to support data-driven decision-makingÂ
Foster and maintain strong, collaborative relationships across the organizationÂ
Offer training and development opportunities to enhance the skills and growth of finance team membersÂ

Required Competencies / ExperienceÂ
BS in finance or accounting; CPA or equivalent accounting certification or qualification strongly preferredÂ
10+ years accounting or finance experience, 2+ years in a management position preferred Â
Hands on exposure to Percentage of Completion (POC) accounting is preferredÂ
Strong knowledge of internal controls and accounting principles (IFRS/GAAP)Â
Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detailÂ
Exemplary personal ethics and integrity, with a commitment to maintaining confidentialityÂ
Proven ability to improve processes and systems for increased efficiency and productivityÂ
