We are seeking a detail-oriented, conceptually strong Graphic Designer with deep expertise in digital design to support our growing healthcare businesses. This role is instrumental in shaping the visual presence of our brands across digital touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities
Digital Design
- Design and produce high-quality digital assets such as websites, landing pages, emails, iconography and digital ads.
- Expertise in mobile and responsive design.
- Comprehensive knowledge and understanding across online marketing platforms.
- Build and maintain a scalable library of templates for partner use.
Brand & Visual Communication
- Ensure brand consistency across all deliverables for both partner-facing and consumer-facing content.
- Translate healthcare concepts, product features, and clinical information into clear, visually engaging communication.
- Contribute to the evolution of our visual identity system, particularly as it applies to digital formats.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Marketing, Business Units, Operations, and Sales teams to understand needs and create materials that support the various business initiatives.
- Participate in creative briefing, testing, and brainstorming.
- Support partners by designing co-branded assets tailored to their audiences.
Process & Workflow
- Manage multiple projects across business units simultaneously and deliver on tight deadlines.
- Maintain version control, ensure accuracy of regulated information, and follow approval workflows.
- Identify opportunities to streamline design and production processes.
Qualifications
- 3 - 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, with a strong emphasis on digital design.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suites, Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma and Canva.
- Demonstrated experience designing materials for regulated, complex, or information-dense industries (healthcare experience is a plus).
- Creative mindset.
- Flexible under time requirements and changing deadlines.
- Strong commitment to prioritization of timelines, accuracy, organization, and professionalism.
- Portfolio showcasing digital work, including websites, landing pages, digital ads, and social posts.
- Ability to communicate clearly with non-design stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy—especially important in healthcare contexts
