  • Analyze system data streams and perform root cause investigations to identify and resolve performance or integration issues.
  • Coordinate cross-functional resolution efforts with field engineers, IT teams, and customer stakeholders.
  • Manage escalation workflows, ensuring adherence to standard processes, service levels, and resolution timelines.
  • Support deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting of cloud-based and virtualized laboratory environments.
  • Coach and mentor field engineers and support teams on troubleshooting procedures and best practices.
  • Collaborate with global technical teams to improve system reliability, documentation, and support processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field with 3+ years of experience supporting laboratory middleware or similar systems.
  • Strong experience with laboratory information systems (LIS) such as Data Innovations, Epic Beaker, Cerner Oracle Health, or equivalent platforms.
  • Solid background in networking, system integration, or LIS implementation and development.
  • Experience troubleshooting complex technical environments, including virtual servers and middleware solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently in high-pressure scenarios.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Ability to travel 25–75% across North America and work flexible on-call schedules when required.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to meet physical requirements, including lifting equipment up to 50 lbs.
  • Preferred: experience in diagnostic laboratory automation, quality control, and regulatory environments.

Benefits:

  • Competitive annual salary range of $120,000 – $135,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
  • Eligibility for performance-based bonus and incentive compensation.
  • Comprehensive health coverage including medical, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Retirement savings plan (401k) with employer participation.
  • Paid time off and flexible remote work arrangement from home.
  • Career development opportunities within a global life sciences organization.
  • Exposure to advanced laboratory informatics and cutting-edge healthcare technologies.
