In this pivotal role, you will define and lead the global performance marketing strategy, focusing on B2B pipeline generation through innovative and effective marketing initiatives. By leveraging AI and data-driven insights, you will develop scalable frameworks that align with business objectives and enhance marketing efficiency. Your leadership will be crucial in optimizing global digital marketing campaigns across various channels, while fostering collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent execution. Accountabilities
  • Develop and lead the global performance marketing strategy across paid search, paid social, and programmatic.
  • Lead quarterly planning cycles, including budget forecasting and investment trade-offs tied to revenue goals.
  • Integrate AI tools to accelerate marketing asset production and conversion optimization.
  • Serve as the strategic liaison across Marketing Leadership and Regional Teams.
  • Own standardized reporting and synthesize campaign learnings across markets.
  • Manage global digital campaigns performance, ensuring optimization against pipeline goals.
  • Drive incrementality testing strategies in collaboration with Analytics.


Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in B2B performance marketing and multi-channel acquisition programs.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Proven success in Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy and execution.
  • Experience in driving measurable pipeline growth and improving marketing efficiency.
  • Familiarity with CRM/BI systems and tools such as SFDC and Marketo.
  • Expertise in paid channels, especially LinkedIn.
  • Direct experience leveraging AI tools in marketing workflows.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in measurement frameworks.
