This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Global Marketing Manager - Poultry in the United States.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead global marketing initiatives for the poultry segment, shaping strategy, messaging, and campaigns that drive business growth and brand differentiation. You will partner with cross-functional teams including sales, technical services, and research to develop and execute go-to-market plans, create compelling content, and oversee global communications. This position combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will analyze market trends, manage budgets, lead a small team, and represent the brand across global markets. The role requires adaptability, strong interpersonal skills, and a proactive approach to influence stakeholders and deliver measurable results. Occasional travel will be part of this role, providing direct engagement with regional and global teams.


Accountabilities:
  • Lead the development and execution of global marketing strategies for the poultry segment, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Build and manage integrated marketing campaigns, including content creation, communications, and thought leadership initiatives.
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis to develop differentiating strategies and value proposition messaging.
  • Partner with regional teams to adapt global marketing plans to local market needs and species-specific requirements.
  • Oversee marketing communications for events, conferences, and digital channels, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
  • Manage budgets, ROI analysis, and resources to ensure effective execution of initiatives.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a direct report while fostering collaboration with cross-functional global teams.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, animal science, or related field; Master’s preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of marketing management experience, with knowledge of poultry marketing highly preferred.
  • Proven success in leading and working with global, cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication, presentation, leadership, project management, and execution skills.
  • Experience managing budgets, developing business cases, and ROI models.
  • Adaptable, strategic, creative thinker with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce.com and familiarity with marketing and digital tools a plus.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 25% for business needs.
