This senior leadership role is designed for a strategic and hands-on expert who will elevate the performance, consistency, and scalability of application systems across a global installed base. You will define what excellence looks like in real-world production environments and translate that vision into actionable frameworks for deployment, validation, and ongoing optimization. Operating at the intersection of technology, operations, and customer success, you will ensure systems deliver measurable value while maintaining high safety and reliability standards. The role offers broad global exposure, cross-functional collaboration, and the opportunity to shape field execution practices at scale. Accountabilities:- Define and own global system performance standards, ensuring all deployed systems consistently deliver measurable value in customer environments.
- Establish and govern standardized frameworks for application system deployment, validation, maintenance, and support across regions.
- Build and strengthen global field technician capabilities through structured training, onboarding, and competency development programs.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging field data, customer feedback, and operational insights to enhance system reliability and usability.
- Ensure full visibility and utilization of the installed base, proactively identifying underperforming systems and implementing corrective actions.
- Enhance data monitoring and system intelligence capabilities to support performance tracking and informed decision-making.
- Lead the development of global health, safety, and operational excellence frameworks aligned with regulatory standards and best practices.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience with application, dosing, or industrial systems in real production environments.
- Strong background in feed milling, agricultural processing, or similar industrial operations.
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Engineering, Animal Science, Food Science, Agribusiness, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing performance across an installed base, including system optimization and lifecycle management.
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement standardized field execution frameworks and operational practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills with expertise in root cause analysis and performance improvement.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
- Customer-facing technical experience with the ability to translate complex insights into practical solutions.
- Familiarity with data monitoring tools and performance analytics to drive operational decisions.
- Willingness to travel internationally and work across diverse cultural and operational environments.
- Preferred: Experience with automation systems (PLC, SCADA), global operations, continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma), and safety standards (OSHA, GMP, HACCP).
