Global Client Manager

In this role, you will take ownership of strategic global client relationships, focusing on retention, expansion, and long-term value creation within a dynamic business travel environment. You will act as a trusted advisor to key decision-makers, ensuring clients fully understand and leverage the value of the services provided. Working in a fully remote and globally connected setup, you will collaborate closely with internal teams to drive account performance and customer success. The position requires a strong balance of strategic thinking, client engagement, and operational execution. You will proactively identify risks and opportunities across your portfolio, shaping action plans that improve outcomes and revenue. This is a high-impact role where your ability to influence, communicate, and execute will directly contribute to business growth.

Accountabilities:

Lead and execute the strategic retention and growth plan for a portfolio of global client accounts, ensuring long-term value and satisfaction.
Identify risks and opportunities within accounts, developing proactive mitigation and expansion strategies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and key point of contact.
Collaborate with internal operations, commercial, and service delivery teams to ensure seamless execution and client outcomes.
Drive increased transaction revenue through account optimization and promotion of value-added services.
Monitor market and client trends, sharing insights with internal leadership to support strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

Proven experience in the business travel industry or in a similar global client management or account management role.
Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and client-focused approach.
Strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving challenges.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a global, cross-functional environment.
