About This Opportunity:


We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Global Benefits Manager to join our team. This individual contributor role will be responsible for managing and optimizing our global benefits programs, with a strong emphasis on US benefits. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in US benefits administration and a solid understanding of global benefits practices.


Primary responsibilities, including but not limited to:
  • Design, implement, and manage comprehensive global benefits programs, including health, wellness, retirement, and other employee benefits.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations related to employee benefits.
  • Collaborate with regional HR teams to develop and manage benefits programs that meet local requirements and align with global strategies.
  • Conduct regular benchmarking and analysis to ensure competitive and cost-effective benefits offerings.
  • Partner with external vendors and consultants to manage benefits administration and resolve any issues.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to employees regarding benefits inquiries and issues.
  • Develop and deliver benefits communication materials and presentations to educate employees about their benefits options.
  • Monitor and analyze benefits trends and best practices to continuously improve our benefits programs.
  • Manage the annual benefits renewal process, including negotiations with providers and implementation of changes.
  • Support the development and implementation of wellness initiatives to promote employee health and well-being.


What it takes to be successful:
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Proven project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and benefits administration systems.
  • Ability to stay current with industry trends and regulatory changes.


Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 8 years of experience in benefits management, with a strong focus on US benefits.
  • Experience with global benefits programs and practices.
  • In-depth knowledge of US benefits regulations, including ERISA, ACA, COBRA, and HIPAA.
  • Certification in benefits (e.g., CEBS, CBP) is a plus.
