The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Employer of Record (EOR) or fintech services and a deep understanding of intercompany transactions, transfer pricing, global financial statement consolidation, and system migrations. This role will require close collaboration with cross-functional teams, particularly IT and finance to ensure a smooth and successful NetSuite integration, while maintaining compliance with international accounting standards.
