This senior executive role is designed for a commercially driven leader with deep expertise in the Consumer industry and a strong understanding of how digital transformation and AI are reshaping retail, CPG, and direct-to-consumer ecosystems. You will take full ownership of global revenue performance across consumer-facing sectors, defining strategy and driving growth at scale. Acting as both a market authority and a commercial leader, you will shape go-to-market direction while building and expanding relationships with senior client stakeholders worldwide. This role requires close collaboration with regional leadership teams to ensure alignment between global strategy and local execution. You will also serve as a key external voice in the industry, representing thought leadership on emerging trends and agentic AI-driven transformation. The environment is fast-paced, highly strategic, and centered on innovation, growth, and measurable client impact.
Accountabilities- Own and drive global revenue growth for the Consumer vertical, including retail, CPG, and direct-to-consumer segments, while setting and delivering annual and multi-year targets.
- Develop and execute global go-to-market strategy in collaboration with regional Managing Directors, ensuring strong alignment between global vision and local execution.
- Build and maintain C-suite relationships across consumer organizations to generate pipeline, deepen partnerships, and position the organization as a trusted transformation partner.
- Serve as executive sponsor for key Consumer accounts, ensuring strategic oversight and long-term client success.
- Lead the Consumer operating model by aligning commercial, delivery, and capability teams while influencing resource allocation and investment priorities.
- Act as a global thought leader for the Consumer industry through speaking engagements, publications, and participation in industry forums and ecosystems.
- Champion Agentic AI adoption across Consumer clients, guiding how autonomous systems enable personalization, automation, and next-generation customer experiences.
Requirements
- 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in the Consumer industry (retail, CPG, DTC, or adjacent sectors), ideally within consulting, digital transformation, or technology services environments.
- Proven track record of driving significant revenue growth and owning commercial outcomes at a global or multi-regional level.
- Strong executive presence with extensive experience engaging C-suite stakeholders and building long-term strategic partnerships.
- Deep understanding of consumer market dynamics, including digital commerce, personalization, omnichannel ecosystems, and evolving business models.
- Practitioner-level fluency in AI, data, and digital transformation, with strong familiarity with agentic AI and its business applications.
- Experience operating in matrix organizations, influencing across regions and functions without direct authority.
- Demonstrated thought leadership, including speaking engagements, published insights, or recognized industry influence.
- Strong ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
