Position Overview:
We are seeking a Client Service Associate to support customers with travel coordination, reservation assistance, and overall service excellence. This is an entry-level opportunity within the travel industry. No prior travel experience is required. Structured onboarding and ongoing support are provided.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients with vacation research, travel options, and itinerary coordination
Support the reservation process for flights, hotels, cruises, and vacation packages
Communicate professionally with clients regarding travel details and timelines
Review booking information for accuracy and completeness
Maintain organized client records and documentation
Provide follow-up support before and after travel
Qualifications:
Strong written and verbal communication skills
