We are seeking a detail-oriented Paralegal who enjoys drafting, working independently, and becoming a subject-matter resource in guardianship and conservatorship matters. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to deepen their drafting skills and grow within a structured, remote environment.Â
This role is ideal for a strong legal drafter who may not yet have direct guardianship experience but is eager to learn. Training will be provided to the right candidate.Â
Key ResponsibilitiesÂ
Draft petitions and supporting pleadings for Guardianships and ConservatorshipsÂ
Prepare supporting documents, exhibits, and court-ready filingÂ
Assist with case management and tracking deadlinesÂ
Conduct procedural and statutory research as neededÂ
Communicate with supervising attorneys regarding case progressÂ
Ensure accuracy, organization, and compliance with court requirementsÂ
About YouÂ
Bachelor’s degree requiredÂ
3+ years of recent paralegal experience in a court-driven practice areaÂ
Comfortable drafting basic court pleadings and managing matters across multiple jurisdictionsÂ
Experience with e-filing systems and document-intensive workflows; familiarity with Clio is a plusÂ
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including professional phone presenceÂ
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple active matters simultaneouslyÂ
Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment while remaining responsive during core business hoursÂ
Reliable home office setup with secure internet and phone accessÂ
