We’re expanding our sales team and opening full-time only positions for Setters (SDRs) and Closers on a proven, high-demand online fitness offer.

ROLE #1 — Sales Development Rep (SDR / Setter)

You’ll handle inbound leads, qualify prospects, and book qualified calls for closers.

What we provide:

• Consistent inbound leads (no cold scraping)
• Clear scripts, process, and expectations
• Daily reps and feedback
• Direct path to promotion into closing

Earning Potential:

$3,000–$5,000/month based on consistency and booked show rate

ROLE #2 — High-Ticket Closer (Fitness Offer)

You’ll close qualified calls for a premium online fitness program selling to motivated professionals.

• Ongoing support and optimization

Earning Potential:

$6,000–$12,000+/month depending on skill, consistency, and volume

REQUIREMENTS (NON-NEGOTIABLE)

• Strong communication and follow-up discipline
• Coachable, reliable, and process-driven
• Comfortable with volume and accountability
