This role will be responsible for centralizing all contracting operations—including employment agreements, vendor agreements, clinical affiliate arrangements, and corporate partnerships. You will drive the implementation of a contract management platform, standardize processes, oversee negotiation/redlining, and serve as a strategic business partner across departments.</p><p><strong>Shift Structure </strong></p><ul><li>8:30AM to 5pm EST</li></ul><p><strong>Essential Functions and Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Build and lead the Contracts Division, establishing scalable workflows, policies, and systems</li><li>Draft, redline, negotiate, and manage a wide range of agreements (employment, vendor, MSAs, BAAs, NDAs, etc.)</li><li>Select and implement a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system</li><li>Develop templates, playbooks, clause libraries, and approval flows</li><li>Maintain a centralized contracts repository with visibility into renewals, expirations, and obligations</li><li>Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, HR, and Finance on risk mitigation and contract optimization</li><li>Train and manage support staff as the function scales</li><li>Ensure contract compliance, audit readiness, and proper handoffs between departments</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements and Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>5+ years of experience in contract management, legal operations, or corporate legal departments</li><li>Proven experience implementing contract systems, tools, or CLM platforms</li><li>Strong working knowledge of employment agreements, commercial contracts, and vendor management</li><li>Excellent redlining and negotiation skills</li><li>Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing competing priorities</li><li>Experience working in a scaling organization or private equity-backed company strongly preferred</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Self-starter mentality with ability to build processes from scratch</li></ul><p><strong>Compensation and Benefits</strong></p><ul><li>PTO and holidays</li><li>401k with employer match</li><li>Health Insurance </li><li>Dental Insurance</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul><p><em>Employee must be able to perform the essential functions of this position satisfactorily, with or without a reasonable accommodation.
