This role will focus on developing responsive, scalable, and accessible web applications using modern front-end technologies, with a strong emphasis on React.</p><p>As a key contributor on our engineering team, you will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, backend engineers, and QA to deliver elegant solutions that support pharmaceutical and healthcare clients. This role is ideal for an engineer with 4+ years of experience who thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment and is passionate about building clean, maintainable front-end architectures.</p><h3><strong><br>Responsibilities:</strong></h3><ul><li>Develop, maintain, and optimize scalable front-end applications using React</li><li>Translate product and design requirements into high-quality, responsive UI components</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Backend, QA) to define and deliver new features</li><li>Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code</li><li>Implement best practices in performance optimization, accessibility, and responsive design</li><li>Contribute to architectural decisions and component library development</li><li>Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives</li><li>Perform code reviews and contribute to improving engineering standards</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve UI/UX bugs and production issues</li></ul><h3><strong>Experience:</strong></h3><ul><li>4+ years of professional software engineering experience</li><li>Familiarity with Python and Go</li><li>Familiarity with Rest API Libraries (flask or similar)</li><li>Strong hands-on experience with React (required)</li><li>Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and/or TypeScript</li><li>Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs</li><li>Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles</li><li>Experience working within agile development teams</li><li>Familiarity with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Zustand, or Context API)</li><li>Experience with version control systems (Git)</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail</li><li>Excellent collaboration and communication skills</li></ul><h3><strong>Nice-to-Have Skills</strong></h3><ul><li>Experience with Next.js</li><li>Experience with component libraries or design systems</li><li>Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress)</li><li>Exposure to CI/CD pipelines</li><li>Experience in healthcare, SaaS, or regulated environments</li></ul><p>The base salary range for this role is <strong>$110,000 - $135,000.</strong></p><p>Where you land within the range will reflect your skills, experience, and location, while keeping team parity in mind and leaving room for future growth.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Important Notice</strong></p><p>To protect candidates, please note that all communication from our team will come directly from an @impiricus.com email address.
