Full Stack Product Developer (US)

This role offers the chance to take full ownership of product development, working across the front-end, back-end, and AI/LLM integrations to deliver innovative, high-impact solutions. The Full Stack Product Developer will work closely with product leadership and cross-functional teams to build new features, improve user experience, and maintain system stability. Accountabilities

• Build, test, and deploy new features end-to-end across the full product stack.
• Improve UI/UX design to enhance user engagement and product usability.
• Write and maintain test code to ensure product reliability and stability.
• Develop and evaluate AI/LLM prompts and integrations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Participate in continuous learning and improvement cycles to optimize development processes.
• Contribute to code reviews, documentation, and maintaining engineering best practices.

Requirements

• Professional coding experience, typically 3–5 years, with at least 1–2 years in JavaScript; strong drive and potential considered for junior developers.
• Experience with modern front-end frameworks (Vue.js) and back-end technologies (TypeScript, Express.js, GCP, MySQL/Drizzle ORM).
• Familiarity with AI/LLM tools such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Deepgram, and AssemblyAI.
• Ability to implement solutions with minimal documentation and thrive in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ownership-driven, with a growth mindset and eagerness to see projects through to completion.
• Comfortable working remotely with some overlap in US time zones.
