📣 Full-Stack Creative Strategist

🎯 About the Role
We’re looking for a Full-Stack Creative Strategist to lead cross-channel creative strategy for our
clients, primarily across paid social (Meta, TikTok), lifecycle (email/SMS) and web. You’ll brief
designers, write or review copy, guide messaging, and present strategy to clients. If you love
spotting patterns in performance, pitching new hooks, and turning insights into great creative,
this is your seat.

Key Responsibilities
🎯 Strategy & Concepting
- Own creative strategy across a portfolio of DTC brands
- Become the voice expert for each brand, from positioning to product nuance
- Use data, research, and intuition to develop creative concepts and testing plans
- Lead brainstorms and client presentations across ads, email, and site content
- Identify messaging gaps and create roadmaps to address them
✍ Copy & Creative Development
- Write or edit ad copy (headlines, hooks, primary text, CTA logic)
- Brief or QA email copy (flows, campaigns, segmentation)
- Maintain brand voice documents and ensure messaging consistency across assets
- Collaborate with copywriter to guide tone, flow, and format
🔁 Iteration & Optimization
- Monitor performance trends and apply insights to refine creative strategies
- Iterate on winning ad and email assets, testing new hooks, visuals, and formats quickly
- Collaborate closely with designers, copywriters, and the growth team to evolve concepts

🛠 Production, QA & Delivery
- Write clear, actionable creative briefs for design, email and copy teams
- Lead QA for all creative assets — reviewing layout, copy placement, specs, and brand

- Collaborate with project managers and email coordinators on timelines and handoffs
- Present weekly reports to clients on creative strategy, upcoming campaigns, testing
- insights, and performance trends
Qualifications
- 3–5 years in performance creative strategy or direct response marketing
- Strong instincts around copy, messaging architecture, and what converts
- Experience with Meta ads, email flows/campaigns, and testing structures
- Comfortable owning a brand’s creative vision across ads and retention
- Clear and confident communicator who can align internal teams and speak to clients
- Familiar with tools like Asana, Slack, Klaviyo, and Magicbrief (or excited to learn)
- Copywriting background a plus — especially if you’ve worked on both long- and short-form
💼 Format & Structure
Role Type: Full-Time Contract, 40hrs/week
Team: Reporting to the Creative Director, collaborating with Copy, Design, Video, and
Growth
You’ll report to the Creative Director and collaborate with a Retention Coordinator, part-time
Copywriter, and freelance Designers. You'll have support in execution, but own the big picture
and strategy behind what we’re building.
