We are seeking a talented Full Stack Software Engineer to join our growing engineering team. In this role, you’ll work on our distributed orchestration platform—building everything from real-time data pipelines to intuitive, mission-ready control interfaces. You’ll collaborate with robotics, autonomy, and UI engineers, integrating diverse partner platforms into a unified orchestration environment, with opportunities to work across multiple domains.

Networking background highly valued, including experience with real-time communications, mesh networking, or distributed systems
Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications supporting real-time mission coordination
Build scalable APIs and backend services for high-throughput, low-latency operations
Create real-time data processing pipelines for multi-domain robotic telemetry
Implement performant, responsive UIs for complex data visualizations and operator control
Integrate AI-driven features into an intuitive user experience
Collaborate across engineering disciplines—robotics, autonomy, UI—to bring diverse systems together
Ensure operational resilience through rigorous testing, monitoring, and security practices
Contribute to architectural discussions and long-term technical vision
Support continuous deployment and maintain development infrastructure
Networking & Distributed Systems: Strong foundation in networking fundamentals, including the OSI model, TCP/IP protocols, and unicast vs. multicast communication. Proven experience with network infrastructure and architecture design, with proficiency in IP addressing (IPv4), subnetting, and cloud networking concepts such as VPN/VPC configuration. Hands-on knowledge of APIs, load balancers, DNS, and containerized microservices in distributed environments. Familiarity with secure networking practices (TLS, IAM, Zero Trust models) and performance optimization in constrained or low-bandwidth environments is highly desirable.
3+ years of professional software development experience
Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript
Expertise with React and modern frontend practices
Solid understanding of web fundamentals (HTML, CSS, HTTP, REST APIs, WebSocket)
Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.)
Exposure to real-time data processing and streaming
Proficiency with Git and collaborative workflows
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
DevOps experience (CI/CD, Docker, AWS)
Agile development background
Testing frameworks and automation expertise
Experience with ROS, robotics, autonomous vehicles, or control systems
Familiarity with PX4 and MAVLink
Knowledge of web security best practices
Exposure to 3D web technologies (WebGL, Three.js)
Contributions to open-source projects
Experience with microservices architecture
