Position Summary
The Full Stack Developer will be responsible for designing and developing end-to-end SaaS functionalities, ensuring performance, scalability, and compliance. You’ll collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams across geographies and contribute to architectural decision-making as we scale our healthcare platform.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain SaaS applications using Node.js, Angular, and MongoDB
• Write clean, scalable, testable code following development best practices
• Translate functional and non-functional requirements into architecture and implementation
• Collaborate with engineering, QA, product, design, and operations teams across time zones
• Build secure, HIPAA-compliant healthcare applications with focus on performance and reliability
• Integrate AI-powered features and automation into neurology workflows
• Participate in architecture discussions, driving scalability and system design decisions
• Create and maintain documentation, coding standards, and testing frameworks
• Participate in code reviews, agile rituals, and sprint planning
• Debug, diagnose, and resolve issues across the stack
Required Qualifications
• 5+ years of full-stack development experience in a product-based company
• Strong expertise in Node.js, Angular (2+), and MongoDB
• Experience building and scaling SaaS platforms (healthcare preferred)
• Understanding of security, compliance, and data privacy requirements (HIPAA/SOC2)
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Familiarity with microservices and API-first development
• Experience working with distributed teams and strong communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, scaling environment
• Experience integrating AI/ML features preferred
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field.
Nice to Have
• Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines
• Knowledge of FHIR/HL7 or interoperability standards
• Exposure to mobile development or React Native
• Open-source contributions or community involvement
