Full Stack Developer - Clearance Required

• Design, develop, and enhance full stack software solutions that improve and simplify large-scale training and information systems.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure new and existing applications function smoothly across multiple platforms, including mobile environments.
• Engage with stakeholders to discuss software challenges, gather requirements, and propose effective technical solutions.
• Write, update, and maintain high-quality code that meets program standards and technical requirements.
• Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and optimization to ensure reliability, performance, and a consistent user experience.
• Continuously improve systems by applying modern development practices, tools, and emerging technologies.

• Active Secret clearance is required, with Top Secret and the ability to obtain SCI access preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
• At least 5 years of professional experience using React, TypeScript, and Java with Spring Boot.
• Strong ability to debug, optimize, and maintain code, including automating routine development tasks.
• Experience working with RESTful APIs, version control workflows, and relational databases.
• Familiarity with frontend and backend testing frameworks and modern software development best practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills, clear written and verbal communication, and the ability to collaborate effectively in Agile environments.

• Competitive salary range between $100,000 and $175,000 USD, based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
