Executive Assistant to Co-CEOs (REMOTE)

The right-hand wrangler to the co-founders. Our all-terrain support backbone.

A trusted hands-on doer and the co-CEOs' Shadow.

Become our resident get-it-done lead for high-level administrative, operational, and strategic tasks and projects.

We’re looking for a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to support the co-CEOs of MiniOffice. This role involves managing a variety of critical tasks that span from logistical planning and project management to onboarding new team members and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Oversee and execute high-priority projects, including finding rental spaces for demo units, coordinating new application setups, and managing internal process improvements.

• Onboarding & HR Support: Assist with onboarding new team members, ensuring a smooth integration process and maintaining documentation.

• Logistics Coordination: Handle logistical arrangements, such as booking travel, organizing meetings, and managing schedules.

• Special Projects: Take ownership of unique, one-off tasks that require research, problem-solving, and strategic thinking.

• Documentation, processes and knowledge base improvement

• Sourcing and vetting vendors, tech solutions, materials and HR.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role supporting senior executives.

• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Strong proven communication skills (written and verbal).

• Familiarity with the U.S. business environment and time zones.

• Proactive problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

• VERY tech-savvy with experience in productivity tools and platforms (CRMs, integrations, dialers, Zapier, etc).

Compensation:

• Base Salary: $3,000 per month.

• Performance Bonus: Up to $4,000 per month based on achieving key tasks and exceeding performance metrics.
