What You'll Do:

• Craft Exceptional Experiences: Develop intuitive and highly performant frontend interfaces that empower engineers and managers, ensuring seamless interaction with our platform.

• Feature Ownership: Own end-to-end development and iteration of user-facing features, working closely with design and product teams to translate concepts into reality.

• Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with backend engineers, designers, and product stakeholders to integrate frontend components with backend APIs and deliver cohesive user experiences.

• Optimize Performance: Continuously enhance application responsiveness, scalability, and usability, maintaining high standards of frontend engineering and accessibility.

You Bring:

• Proven Frontend Skills: 1-4 years of frontend engineering experience in dynamic environments. Strong proficiency in modern frontend frameworks, particularly React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.

• UI/UX Sensitivity: Passionate about crafting intuitive, visually appealing user interfaces, with keen attention to detail and understanding of UX principles.

• API Integration: Experience integrating RESTful APIs, handling asynchronous requests, and working with backend teams to define clear interfaces.

• Performance Focus: Commitment to delivering performant and scalable frontend applications, with an understanding of optimization techniques and best practices.

• Collaborative Mindset: Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
