This position centers on area development partnerships with experienced operators and investor groups, not single-unit franchise sales. The successful candidate will play a key role in building relationships, structuring development agreements, and helping scale a rapidly growing entertainment concept.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience in franchise development, multi-unit expansion, or emerging brand growth
- Demonstrated experience securing multi-unit or area development agreements
- Startup or high-growth brand experience strongly preferred
- Strong financial acumen and comfort discussing large territory investment opportunities
- Executive-level presentation and negotiation skills
- Ability to build long-term operator and investor partnerships
- Strong pipeline management and forecasting discipline
- Experience in experiential retail, entertainment, hospitality, or franchise systems preferred
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed
Preferred Background & Skills
- International franchise development exposure is a plus
- Experience collaborating with franchise legal counsel
- Familiarity with franchise compliance frameworks such as FDD and area development agreements
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Engage and qualify experienced multi-unit operators and investor groups
- Build, manage, and report on a disciplined franchise development pipeline
- Conduct market analysis and help structure scalable territory development plans
- Present unit economics and ROI models to investor groups and development partners
- Represent the brand at industry events, investor forums, and conferences
- Partner with legal counsel to ensure compliance with franchise regulations
- Contribute to scalable development processes that support sustained multi-market growth
