We are especially interested in healthcare industry experts and HR consultants who bring specialized knowledge as subject matter experts (SMEs) and can advise and execute within complex, evolving environments.

  • Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) / Chief People Officer (CPO) leadership

  • Talent Strategy, Organizational Design, and Workforce Planning

  • Employment Law and Risk Compliance

  • Leadership Assessment and Succession Planning

  • Talent Redeployment and Reductions in Force

  • Talent Development and Learning (including leadership and management development)

  • M&A Integration and Due Diligence (HR work stream leadership, synergy analysis, cultural integration)

  • Compensation, Total Rewards, and Performance Enablement

  • Employee Experience, Culture, and Change Management

  • HR Business Partnering and HR Operations Transformation

  • Fractional HR Analytics and Workforce Insights roles

Ideal Background

  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including executive or senior leadership roles

  • Experience as a Sr. Director / Executive Director, Vice President, CHRO, CPO, or senior HR Business Partner / People Business Partner leader

  • Experience as a Head of Talent, HR Analytics leader, or senior HR consultant

  • Proven success advising or leading within healthcare, behavioral health, or life sciences organizations

  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, matrixed, or high-growth environments

  • Availability for fractional, interim, or project-based engagements, ranging from a few hours per week to several months in duration
