• Evaluate investment opportunities and recommend actions based on growth and efficiency.
• Guide the capital strategy across a variety of financial options.
• Partner with the Finance Director to enhance strategic approaches within the finance team.
• Build relationships with banking partners, investors, and advisors to navigate growth phases.
• Prepare board materials and participate in high-level conversations regarding financial strategy.

• Experience as a CFO, VP of Finance, or Head of Finance in venture-backed SaaS companies.
• Involvement in fundraising efforts (Series B to growth) with a solid knowledge of investor dynamics.
• Experience evaluating company attractiveness and conducting critical evaluations.
• Familiarity with venture debt and its implications for capital strategy.
• Strong understanding of SaaS economics including key metrics that drive business decisions.
