Reporting to the Director of FP&A, you’ll produce management-facing reports, help build the annual budget, and run analyses to support operational decision-making.</p><p>This role is a good fit for someone early in their finance career who is detail-oriented, works well against deadlines, and is comfortable pulling data across systems to build clear, accurate reporting. You’ll get real ownership early, learn how a scaling finance team operates, and have room to take on more complex analyses as you grow.</p><h1><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></h1><h2><strong>Financial Reporting</strong></h2><ul><li>Support monthly internal financial reviews, such as budget vs. actual variance analyses.</li><li>Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reporting for the Board of Directors.</li><li>Support monthly investor reporting.</li><li>Maintain internal and external-facing long-term financial models.</li><li>Own monthly compliance reporting. </li></ul><h2><strong>Budgeting, Forecasting & Modeling Support</strong></h2><ul><li>Support the bottoms-up budget build during the annual planning cycle, working with department owners to gather data and forecast their spend.</li><li>Build and maintain tools for department heads to manage their budgets.</li></ul><h2><strong>Cross-Functional & Ad Hoc</strong></h2><ul><li>Take on ad hoc analysis and automation projects to increase team efficiency.</li></ul><h1><strong>Requirements</strong></h1><ul><li><strong>1–2+ years</strong> of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, or a similar analytical role (strong internships considered).</li><li>A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related quantitative field.</li><li>Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills, including working with large data sets, and building clean, auditable models.</li><li>Exposure to NetSuite and an HRIS or payroll system like Rippling is a plus.</li><li>Comfort building board- and executive-level slides in PowerPoint and Google Slides.</li><li>A solid grounding in core FP&A concepts, including budget-vs-actual, variance analysis, and margin.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and the discipline to hit recurring deadlines.</li><li>Clear writing and communication, with the ability to turn data into concise summaries for leadership.</li><li>A collaborative approach and genuine interest in growing with the team.</li></ul><h1><strong>Role Details</strong></h1><p><strong>Department: </strong>Finance, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)</p><p><strong>Reports to: </strong>Director of FP&A</p><p><strong>Team: </strong>FP&A team, with no direct reports.
