The Opportunity
As Glide’s Founding Product Manager, you’ll be a key partner to our Chief Product Officer and our first dedicated product hire. You’ll define our roadmap, launch new products, and set the tone for how we build.

What You’ll Do:
Lead Product Vision & Execution
Define and prioritize the roadmap for Glide’s marquee account opening product
Collaborate with engineers and designers to ship fast, reliable, and secure features
Combine market research, user feedback, and data to make informed decisions
Develop a long-term product strategy that aligns with customer needs and business growth
Solve Real Problems for Real Customers
Partner directly with community banks and credit unions to understand their biggest pain points
Translate complex workflows into intuitive, scalable products
Define success metrics and iterate quickly based on learnings
Own the full product lifecycle—from discovery through launch and adoption
Shape Culture, Process & Product Thinking
Establish product development best practices from the ground up
Drive a fast, iterative build-measure-learn loop in partnership with engineering
Ensure alignment across sales, marketing, ops, and GTM efforts
Help shape the product org and culture as we scale
Who you are, and the experience we’re looking for:
5-7+ years of experience in product management, ideally in fintech or enterprise SaaS
Experience working in early stage startups
Experience building and shipping B2B products with complex workflows.
Strong technical acumen—comfortable working with engineers and making informed trade-offs
Customer-first mindset with the ability to translate insights into delightful product experiences.
Data-driven approach—leveraging metrics to drive decision-making and experimentation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to influence cross-functional teams.
What will make you stand out as a candidate:
Prior experience working on banking, lending, or payments products.
Familiarity with AI-powered automation and decisioning tools.
Startup experience—comfortable with ambiguity and high ownership.
Experience working on 0 → 1 products and scaling them.
Degree in computer science, or software development experience.

You’ll receive a base salary of $120,000-$170,000, depending on years of related experience, and a generous equity package for joining us at Glide.
