We’re hiring our first sales hire to build this motion from zero. You’re not just a closer. You’re a future sales leader trapped in an AE’s body, someone who wants to go beyond pipeline to shape narrative, GTM, and revenue culture from day one.
You’ll work directly with the founders to:
- Recruit and close alpha and beta users
- Build and refine outbound talk tracks
- Validate market pull, surface objections, and weaponize insights
- Become the first rep to prove repeatable sales in an entirely new category: Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)

What You’ll Do
- Own full-cycle outbound: prospecting, sequencing, pitching, closing
- Fill our alpha and beta cohorts with the right logos and voices
- Co-create the outbound system, from first cold email to signed contract
- Work directly with the CEO on positioning, messaging, and early playbooks
- Set the foundation for a sales team you’ll eventually help hire and lead
Requirements
What You Bring
- 3–6 years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience (bonus if you’ve sold into marketing or growth teams)
- A proven record of outbound pipeline generation and closing deals solo
- Experience inside high-growth, venture-backed startups
- Deep understanding of how to test message-market fit through conversation
- Strong communication skills, this role is 80% Zoom and email in the early days
- An ownership mindset: this is a startup, not a quota job
