• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement company vision and growth strategy. Collaborate with AI Fund and AES to launch and scale the new company. 
• Prototype Development: Drive the creation of an AI-driven prototype for Safety & Operations teams. 
• Financial Strategy and Fundraising: Prepare a pre-seed investable pitch deck, secure funding, and build a financial forecast.

• Entrepreneurial Leadership: Demonstrated experience as a Co-founder or early stage CEO, with a strong experience in strategic planning, business model innovation, and securing early-stage venture funding.
• Stakeholder Management: Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage with a range of stakeholders from technical partners to investors. 
• Leadership and Team Building: Experience assembling and leading teams through the early stages of a start-up, with a focus on rapid development cycles and agile methodologies. 
• Technical Aptitude: Proficient understanding of how AI products get built.  
• Proven GTM Expertise: Extensive experience in developing and implementing successful GTM strategies, particularly in traditional industries such as Energy, Construction, & Manufacturing.  
• Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with internal and external stakeholders. 
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment, making informed decisions under uncertainty.

• Experience in co-founding a B2B SaaS startup. 
• Experience in environmental, health and safety or operations in industries such as Energy, Construction, & Manufacturing.

• Accountability: an obligation or willingness to accept responsibility or to account for one's actions while doing so with the highest regard for integrity.  
• Leadership: able to influence others to follow you and lead the team to a brighter future. 
• Grit: able to stick with projects and work hard through good and bad times. High pain tolerance and can perform well under stress or pressure.
• Scrappy: takes initiative and proactively gets things done with low resources, but doing creative things, begging, borrowing, and whatever is needed in an ambiguous environment or situation.
• Ownership orientation: demonstrated orientation of extreme ownership over all aspects of the company and extremely results-driven in nature.
