This role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, and client success, acting as a critical link between customers and internal delivery teams. You will work directly with enterprise clients to deeply understand their operational needs and translate them into clear, structured requirements that guide product execution. Operating in a fast-paced, developer-first SaaS environment, you will ensure alignment from discovery through deployment while keeping communication crisp and expectations well managed. You will also help shape scalable delivery patterns and influence product direction based on real customer insights. In this role, you will serve as the primary bridge between clients and internal product/engineering teams, ensuring successful discovery, delivery, and iteration of solutions while maintaining alignment across all stakeholders.
This position requires a strong mix of product thinking, client-facing experience, and technical fluency, with the ability to operate confidently in complex SaaS or enterprise software environments.
