About the Role: Your Epic Quest as Our FDE!

You’re the Penguin glue, the vital link connecting our groundbreaking product with our customers. Post-sale, you'll be their go-to Penguin – building rock-solid trust, unblocking those integrations and ensuring they extract maximum value from Day 1 and beyond.


Get ready to wear many hats of differing shapes & sizes! You'll be part implementation lead, part use-case architect, part technical translator, and always, always the customer's fiercest advocate. This isn't just a job; it's a mission to transform healthcare one successful deployment at a time.


Your Day-To-Day Superpowers: What You'll Actually Do:

  • Onboarding Orchestrator: Lead the charge for new clients, masterminding technical setup, KPI planning, and rollout support. You make sure their journey with us is smooth sailing
  • Use Case Visionary: Collaborate with customers to design brand-new use cases that tackle their real, gritty healthcare business problems; no "pilot fluff" allowed, just measurable impact
  • Empowerment Enthusiast: Patiently and energetically train users, run dynamic enablement sessions, and craft super-simple documentation that makes everyone exclaim, "Ohhh, now I get it!"
  • Voice of the Customer: Act as our internal champion for client feedback, translating real-world insights into meaningful product improvements. You're their microphone!
  • Cross-Functional Connector: Seamlessly collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Marketing to ensure our customers experience a unified, friction-free journey
  • Adoption & Growth Alchemist: Proactively identify and solve potential problems, earn those crucial renewals, and uncover expansion opportunities within accounts. You're building relationships, not just managing contracts

What We're Looking For: Your Unique Blend of Awesome!

We need someone who perfectly blends technical acumen, business empathy, and sky-high customer EQ.

  • Healthcare Tech Whisperer (5-8 years): You've got serious experience in healthcare technology, technical account management, or implementation; bonus points if it’s in SaaS or AI environments
  • Healthcare Operations Navigator (3-5 years): You know the ins and outs of payers, providers, and revenue cycle management like the back of your hand
  • AI/ML Fluent: You're comfortable with AI/ML concepts. No need to build the model, but you absolutely know what it's doing and how to explain it
  • Integration Guru: You speak the language of APIs, ETL, SQL, FHIR, HL7. You just get data integrations, even if you're not coding them
  • Crystal Clear Communicator: You effortlessly bridge the gap between clients & internal teams, and have a proven record of creating engaging material to present to Senior / C suite level  
  • Proactive Pioneer: You don't wait for instructions; you hunt for value, tackle problems head-on, and make things happen

Education & Qualifications: Brainiac Basics

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
