We are launching a next-generation, AI-powered debt collection agency backed by the financial infrastructure of a nationwide law firm expanding its service portfolio.

This is not a speculative startup. We have:

  • Established national legal infrastructure
  • Active client relationships prepared to deploy
  • Capital support and underwriting capacity
  • Legal and compliance oversight
  • Technology infrastructure already in development

We are now expanding into the State of Florida and are seeking a Florida-licensed debt collector to become the Principal of the Florida entity.

  • Integrate AI-driven recovery strategy
  • Operate with institutional-level compliance controls
  • Register and report directly to major credit bureaus
  • Become a recognized credit reporting agency

Our goal is to build one of the most efficient and profitable recovery platforms in the country — starting in Florida.

The Role

As the Florida Principal, you will:

  • Serve as the licensed Principal for the Florida entity
  • Assist with Florida licensing and regulatory compliance
  • Work with our executive and legal teams during formation
  • Help guide operational setup to meet Florida standards
  • Assist during underwriting and credit bureau registration processes
  • Play a key role in establishing bureau reporting approval

As we move through underwriting and credit bureau onboarding, your experience and insight will be critical.

Compensation Structure

Phase 1 (Build & Licensing Stage):

  • Hourly compensation (negotiable based on experience)
  • Executive-level involvement in formation and structuring

Phase 2 (Post-Licensing & Bureau Registration):

  • Transition to Salary + Performance Bonus
  • Executive growth track
  • Full benefits package including:

Requirements

Ideal Candidate

  • Active Florida debt collector license (required)
  • Experience navigating Florida regulatory requirements
  • Knowledge of FDCPA and FCRA compliance
  • Familiarity with credit bureau reporting processes preferred

  • Comfortable working in a structured, compliance-driven environment
