This position provides an excellent opportunity to solve challenging quantitative and technological problems from major customers in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.   As a member of our client support team, you will speak directly with our clients and use your critical thinking and communication skills to address their business needs. Through these interactions, you will help support our next-generation fixed-income and front-to-risk software packages through collaboration with cross-functional teams including our quantitative development team and product managers. In addition, you will serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for both North American and European fixed-income needs, providing critical insight to drive product growth in both regions.  Potential candidates should possess strong mathematical and quantitative reasoning skills, excellent problem-solving skills, and strong English-language communication skills.
