Join our team.</em></p></div><p>Barbaricum is seeking a Financial Systems Analyst II (Program Analyst) to support technical program management, budgeting, and lifecycle analysis activities for government programs.</p><p>The selected candidate will support program planning, scheduling, and risk analysis while providing data-driven insights to support decision-making.</p><p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></span></p><p>• Support program management activities including scheduling and budgeting.<br>• Conduct lifecycle cost analysis and trade-off analysis.<br>• Support risk management and requirements development.<br>• Prepare and deliver briefings and reports.<br>• Collaborate with program stakeholders and technical teams.</p><p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></span></p><p>• Active DoD Top Secret/SCI</p><p>• Minimum 3 years of experience managing or supporting government programs, OR military experience (E4+).</p><p>• Experience in program management, budgeting, or systems analysis.<br>• Strong communication and presentation skills.<br><br></p><p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></span></p><p>• Experience supporting DoD acquisition programs.<br>• Familiarity with lifecycle and cost analysis methodologies.</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p><strong>EEO Commitment</strong></p><p>All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to sex, race, ethnicity, age, national origin, citizenship, religion, physical or mental disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, family structure, marital status, ancestry, domestic partner status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, veteran or military status, or any other basis prohibited by law.<br></p></div>
