In this role, you’ll drive transformational change for a fast-changing, global enterprise by turning financial and operational data into insightful analyses and compelling business cases, while partnering closely with every department and senior leader across the company.

Advanced Financial Analysis:
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Prepare monthly financial reporting packages, including KPI and variance analysis.
- Develop financial models and dashboards to drive revenue analysis.
- Evaluate and implement process improvements and FP&A tools for scalability.
Collaboration and Team Support:
- Collaborate with leaders across sales, product, and operations to support strategic decisions.
- Assist in preparing materials for board and investor reporting.
- Serve as a key finance contact in a small, collaborative team environment.
Training and Knowledge Sharing:
- Train and mentor other analysts and operations staff to better utilize data and reporting coming out of their departments.
- Share knowledge and best practices with the finance and accounting team to enhance overall technical expertise.
Requirements
- 4+ years of FP&A experience, experience in tech/SaaS/government contracting preferred.
- Strong financial modeling, reporting, and Excel skills.
- Familiarity with SaaS/technology metrics and investor reporting.
- Comfort working in a small team/startup-like environment with high visibility.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CPA/CFA a plus)
- Proficiency in Windows operating suite.
- Familiarity with financial systems / ERPs and other standard SaaS operating systems (Sage Intacct, Rippling, Salesforce, HubSpot)
- SQL database knowledge – writing queries, troubleshooting, data analysis, performance issues, understanding & interpreting data, etc.
