This role is critical in ensuring financial accuracy, operational efficiency, and informed decision-making across the organization.</p><h4><strong>What You'll Do:</strong></h4><ul><li>Own all internal and external monthly reporting, including executive leadership readouts, sponsor reporting, and lender reporting<ul><li>Prepare insights on variance vs. plan</li><li>Perform additional ad-hoc analyses as needed</li><li>Maintain the accuracy and cleanliness of underlying files</li><li>Assist with and/or own the development of new reporting files to meet business needs</li></ul></li><li>Master KPI reporting for the business - continuously suggest new metrics that can be tracked to improve decision-making, financial performance, and accountability</li><li>Play a critical role in supporting the annual budget and quarterly forecasting processes via financial modeling, validation of historical data, and go-forward business assumptions</li><li>Assist with quarterly BoD presentations, including analysis of financial performance and other strategic finance topics</li><li>Serve as a strategic partner for cross-functional executive leadership on all financial related topics including department-level performance vs. plan, headcount and capacity planning, churn, and ROI analyses</li><li>Act as a strategic thought partner for Director of Finance and CFO<ul><li>Utilize data-driven insights to flag areas of risk and opportunity</li><li>Leverage core understanding of the business and ROI frameworks to suggest and/or validate cost reduction and investment opportunities</li><li>Continuously drive to improve the status quo via process and system improvements</li></ul></li><li>Partner with Accounting to ensure the accuracy of the financial statements<ul><li>Be an active and engaged participant in month-end flux meetings reviewing trends and variances vs. plan</li></ul></li><li>Assist with cash management and liquidity planning as it relates to plan execution, covenant compliance, and approval for incremental investment</li><li>Engage with third parties (auditors, lenders, lawyers, PE sponsors, etc.) on an as-needed basis with the utmost level of accuracy and professionalism</li><li>Develop analytical frameworks as needed to drive key business decisions</li><li>Assist in the preparation of financial reporting and analytical schedules to support third-party tax specialists in meeting compliance and filing obligations across jurisdictions<ul><li>International tax projects include annual tax returns and R&amp;D tax credit claim lodgments in Australia, as well as the ongoing review of the appropriateness of the Group’s transfer pricing methodologies</li></ul></li></ul><h4><strong>What You'll Bring:</strong></h4><ul><li><strong>Education:</strong> Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field</li><li><strong>Qualifications and Skills:</strong><ul><li>5+ years' experience in FP&amp;A role at enterprise software business <strong>OR</strong> 2 years investment banking analyst experience plus 3 years enterprise software FP&amp;A</li><li>Exceptional excel skills, including 3-statement financial modeling</li><li>High proficiency in NetSuite ERP and strong knowledge of GAAP</li><li>Mastery of SaaS KPIs and business fundamentals</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, executive leadership, and 3rd parties</li><li>Strong analytical, presentation, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail</li><li>Ability operate proactively and independently with minimal guidance</li><li>Perform day-to-day responsibilities with the utmost integrity and discretion</li></ul></li></ul><h4><strong>Additional Details</strong></h4><p>This role will receive a competitive salary + bonus + benefits. The salary for US-based employees located in the below markets may expect offers in the below ranges for this role.</p><p>US Annual Base Salary Range: &nbsp;$100,000 - $130,000 plus bonus program.&nbsp; A variety of factors are considered when determining someone’s compensation, including a candidate’s professional background, experience, and location. Final offer amounts may vary from the amounts listed above based on these considerations.</p><p><em><strong>Location:</strong> &nbsp;We are a hybrid work environment.&nbsp; This is a U.S.-based remote position with working hours that best overlap with Australian business hours, with a preference for candidates in the West Coast time zone.</em></p><p><em><strong>Travel:</strong> &nbsp;This position could require overnight travel to corporate offices.
